- *The cost of weight loss medications is not included in the membership, but our office will work to try and get the medications covered through your insurance.
Note From Dr. Bartkoski
I only plan to take a small number of patients in my entire panel to keep my mission in mind to provide excellent individualized care. Once my panel is full, patients can join the waitlist and will be notified when they are eligible to join.

What about Medicare?
Due to Medicare federal law, patients 65 and older must wait a few months after our office opens before we can see them. Simply let us know you'd like to be added to our waitlist, and we'll notify you as soon as you're eligible!
